Boris Aronstein, President of TechInput Group conducted an Environmental Risk Assessment workshop for Moscow Lomonosov University

September 19 through 21, 2018, Boris Aronstein, President of TechInput Group jointly with specialists of the Lomonosov University School of Soil Science conducted an Environmental Risk Assessment workshop for environmentalists.

The three-day workshop program focused on the following issues:

  • – Basic concepts of environmental risk management and full environmental risk assessment, specifically, approaches to risk management and the basics of environmental quality management system
  • – Applied risk assessment (risks associated with human health and operational hazards)
  • – Basic concepts of environmental risk insurance (quantitative assessment methods environmental risk insurance)

The training program has been designed for the development of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to be used in reviewing assessment results, making appropriate conclusions, and developing proposals for relevant environmental risk analysis areas.   

The program is intended for managers and specialists of environmental and environmental control services, officials of construction companies and facilities, specialists of other organizations and centers engaged in environmental quality control and environmental monitoring, as well as employees learning new professional skills in the areas of occupational health, industrial, environmental, chemical, and biological safety, as well as all interested persons.
