An auditor from the Russian office of France’s AFNOR will visit TechInput LLC office on May 28-31 to confirm that our processes, services and products comply with ISO 17100:2015 “Translation services – Requirements for translation services” and ISO 9001:2015 “Quality management systems – Requirements”. The certification is held annually and takes 1-2 days.
TechInput has extensive experience in certification, having initiated and co-developed national quality standards for translation services. It also played a pioneering role in ISO 9001 and 17100 certification in Russia. For our experience in industry standardization and certification we earned the recognition of AFNOR Group – an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) member body.
The company’s quality management system (QMS) has been developed, documented, implemented and is being maintained in operational state. As part of adopted process approach the company differentiated its processes into key (production) and auxiliary ones. There is also a process for QMS control. These processes determine all company’s activities related to providing various services to our clients. A detailed description of QMS processes and their interaction is recorded in process charts and relevant process procedures, which are an integral part of the company’s QMS. The company provides resources and information necessary to sustain and monitor the processes, conducts process monitoring, measuring and analysis. It also takes necessary measures to achieve projected goals and ensure continuous improvement of said processes.
Standards are also an extensive part of our company’s translation services. Since it was established, the company translated over 500 standards in various fields into Russian and a number of other languages.
